Rusk County, Wisconsin

The State Wisconsin now requires you to live in the township for 28 days to be able to vote in our municipality. Remember, if you want to vote absentee you need to contact the Town Clerk at (715) 595-4141, or email: clerk@willardwi.gov to request an absentee ballot or you can go to the MyVoteWI website to request a ballot be mailed to you.  You must be registered to vote in the Town of Willard in order to vote absentee.

 

Voter Photo ID Required

 

The U.S. Supreme Court has affirmed the photo ID provisions of 2011 Wisconsin Act 23. A photo ID is now required to receive a ballot in all special and regular elections.
